Professional Fees and Rebate Schedule

Our professional fees are within, and lower than the recommendations of Optometry Australia.
Optometrist Consultation
Standard consultation (30 minutes) $95
Brief consultation (15 minutes) $50
Foreign body removal $90
Optical Imaging
OCT retinal scan (Optical Coherance Tomography) $85
Digital Retinal Imaging with EIDON technology $50
Medicare Rebates vary between $31.15 and $62.15 for standard consultations and is $31.15 for brief consultations if you have a current Medicare card in Australia. This amount may be more if you have reached your Medicare threshold for the year. Your Medicare rebate is claimed instantly in practice and the rebate will go back into your authorised bank account. Your rebate will depend on your eye condition/s, age, prescription and when your last eye examination was.
